Step-by-step cooking method Melt the butter in the microwave. Mix the sugar, vanilla, butter and egg yolks in a bowl (separate and save the egg whites). Whisk the mixture thoroughly. Add the yeast and sieved flour to the previous mixture and stir well. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until they form a stiff peak using a hand mixer. Mix everything together, stirring thoroughly and pour into a mould. Bake in the fryer and turn over so it cooks on both sides. Serve with sugar, chocolate, ice cream, jam or fruit.
