Step-by-step cooking method Mix the flour with the baking powder. Add the yoghurt and mix again. Knead for 4-5 minutes or until the dough is soft and slightly sticky. Roll the dough into balls of equal sizes. Place the dough balls into a bowl with the melted margarine and move the bowl around until they are coated in margarine. Cook the dough balls in the fryer for 5 minutes until you see them turn golden, leaving a little space between them. Place the balls in the bowl with the rest of the margarine to coat them again. Dip the balls in sugar mixed with cinnamon to serve.
