Step-by-step cooking method Mix the flour, yeast, bicarbonate of soda, salt and sugar in a bowl. Stir. In another bowl, mix the butter, milk and egg. Stir. Mix all of the above and stir again thoroughly. Grease a mould with oil and pour the mixture into it in a fine layer. Bake in the fryer according to the thickness of the pancake. Repeat several times until you have used up all of the mixture.
