  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • ½ tablespoon yeast
  • 1 tablespoon bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Mix the flour, yeast, bicarbonate of soda, salt and sugar in a bowl. Stir.
  2. In another bowl, mix the butter, milk and egg. Stir.
  3. Mix all of the above and stir again thoroughly.
  4. Grease a mould with oil and pour the mixture into it in a fine layer.
  5. Bake in the fryer according to the thickness of the pancake.
  6. Repeat several times until you have used up all of the mixture.
