Ingredients 2 red peppers 4 boiled eggs, chopped 2 red onions, peeled and chopped Black olives, chopped Olive oil Salt
Step-by-step cooking method Wash the peppers and cook in the fryer. Turn them over halfway through cooking. Once cooked, wrap the peppers in film and leave to rest for 20 minutes. Remove the seeds and skin from the peppers. Cut the peppers into strips. In a bowl, mix the peppers with the other ingredients to serve.
