Ingredients 2 cups brown rice 1 beaten egg 1 carrot, peeled and chopped 2 spring onions, chopped 2 teaspoons ginger, chopped 2 teaspoons sesame oil 2 teaspoons soy sauce ½ cup peas Olive oil, salt and pepper
Step-by-step cooking method Mix the carrot in a bowl with the white part of the spring onions, ginger, oil and salt. Cook and stir the mixture in the fryer. Add the rice, soy sauce, sesame oil and pepper. Stir and continue cooking. Add the egg and peas, without mixing with the rest of the mixture and continue cooking. When the egg is cooked, mix everything together. Cover with spring onion to serve.
