  • 200 g cooked chickpeas
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon powdered red paprika
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Wash and drain the chickpeas.
  2. Cook the chickpeas in the fryer for 3 minutes.
  3. Pour the chickpeas into a bowl and set aside.
  4. Mix the paprika, curry powder, garlic and oil in a cup. Season and stir.
  5. Add the mixture to the chickpeas and stir thoroughly.
  6. Cook the chickpeas again in the fryer for 12-15 minutes, depending on whether you prefer them more or less toasted.
