  • 300 g cooked rice
  • 100 g peas
  • 50 g cooked ham
  • 50 g spring onions, chopped
  • 10 ml olive oil
  • 50 g beans, trimmed
  • 40 ml soy sauce
  • 50 g carrot, chopped
  • 50 g sweetcorn
  • 2 eggs

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Beat the eggs a little and cook in a frying pan on a medium heat with a pinch of oil (scrambled eggs).
  2. Mix all of the other ingredients in a bowl and add the eggs. Stir thoroughly.
  3. Cook in the fryer until it is ready to serve.
