  • 410 g cooked lentils
  • 60 g breadcrumbs
  • 100 g walnuts
  • 20 g mushrooms
  • 25 g tomato concentrate
  • Parsley, salt and ground pepper

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Using a blender, blend the walnuts and mushrooms in a bowl.
  2. Add the lentils, tomato, salt, pepper and parsley. Blend again.
  3. Add the breadcrumbs and blend again to create a dough.
  4. Take portions of the dough to form meatballs with your hands.
  5. Cook the lentil meatballs in the fryer.
