  • 1 aubergine
  • ½ chicken breast, cooked and diced
  • Tomato passata
  • ½ white onion, chopped
  • Ground black pepper
  • Cheese for grilling
  • Dried thyme
  • Oregano
  • Chopped garlic
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Cut the aubergine in half and make some cuts on each half. Spray with a little oil on top.
  2. Heat up the fryer and insert the aubergine.
  3. In a frying pan, fry the garlic, onion and a little oil on a low heat and stir constantly.
  4. Remove the aubergine from the fryer and when it has cooled a little, remove the flesh of the aubergine with a spoon.
  5. Add the flesh of the aubergine to the mixture you have just fried, adding the tomato, chicken, spices and salt. Mix all of the ingredients together thoroughly and cook on a low heat for 7 minutes.
  6. Fill the aubergine with the previous mixture and add cheese on top.
  7. Finish cooking the aubergine in the fryer until the cheese has melted.
