  • 700 g chicken mince
  • A slice of bread or some breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • A little parsley
  • Salt, pepper or cumin

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Mix the salt, parsley and pepper or cumin in a bowl.
  2. Moisten the breadcrumbs in milk and mix well with the egg and meat.
  3. Add the previous mixture of condiments and stir everything thoroughly.
  4. Shape meatballs with your hands.
  5. Spray the meatballs with a little oil and cook in the fryer until they are fully cooked.
