  • 1 thick beef steak
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Chopped mushrooms
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 20 g freshly chopped basil
  • 20 g coriander, chopped
  • 20 g parsley, chopped
  • 4 anchovy fillets, chopped
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the chimichurri sauce and leave to rest for a few minutes so all the flavours mix together.
  2. Wash the cherry tomatoes and mushrooms.
  3. Spray the steak and vegetables with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Put the steak into your Fryinn Lite InnovaGoods and cook for 10 minutes, turn it over halfway through cooking, add the vegetables and check the meat is cooked in case it needs a few more minutes so that it is cooked to your taste.
  5. Remove the food from the fryer, carve the meat and serve it with the roasted vegetables and chimichurri sauce.
