Step-by-step cooking method In a bowl, mix the condensed milk, egg white, salt and almond and vanilla extracts. Add 160 g of grated coconut and mix thoroughly (keep the remaining coconut separate). Form the balls with your hands. Coat the balls in the remaining coconut. Cook the coconut balls in the fryer. Leave the balls to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
