  • 60 g gluten-free flour
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 70 g sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml milk
  • Zest and juice of one orange
  • 50 g chocolate pieces
  • 4 tablespoons of cocoa cream to decorate

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Mix the flour, cocoa powder, sugar and baking powder in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, zest and juice of one orange and then mix everything together in the bowl of dry ingredients to form a dough. Add the pieces of chocolate.
  3. Pour the mixture into an oven-proof mould and put it into your Fryinn Lite InnovaGoods for 15-20 minutes or until the inside is dry when checked with a skewer.
  4. Remove it from the fryer and place it on a cooling rack.
  5. Decorate with cocoa cream and orange zest.
