  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups grated carrot
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon yeast

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Whisk the eggs, add the milk and the vanilla essence and whisk again.
  2. Add the honey, grated carrot and mix.
  3. Add the flour and oats and mix everything until you get a lump-free mixture.
  4. Add the yeast and mix again.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mould suitable for the fryer.
  6. Cook in the fryer until the cake is fully cooked.
  7. Leave to cool and remove from the mould to serve.
