  • Olive oil
  • Sugar

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Place water to boil in a saucepan.
  2. Put the flour into a bowl.
  3. When the water begins to boil, pour it onto the flour. Stir it well until it becomes a compact dough.
  4. Leave the dough to rest for a few minutes with a cloth over it.
  5. Insert the dough into a pastry bag and shape the churros.
  6. Spray the churros with a little oil.
  7. Cook the churros in the fryer and turn them over during the cooking process until they are ready.
  8. Sprinkle with sugar to serve.
