Cut the aubergine in half and make some cuts on each half. Spray with a little oil on top.
Heat up the fryer and insert the aubergine.
In a frying pan, fry the garlic, onion and a little oil on a low heat and stir constantly.
Remove the aubergine from the fryer and when it has cooled a little, remove the flesh of the aubergine with a spoon.
Add the flesh of the aubergine to the mixture you have just fried, adding the tomato, chicken, spices and salt. Mix all of the ingredients together thoroughly and cook on a low heat for 7 minutes.
Fill the aubergine with the previous mixture and add cheese on top.
Finish cooking the aubergine in the fryer until the cheese has melted.
