  • 600 g potatoes
  • 80 g of onion
  • 5 eggs
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Peel and finely slice the potatoes and shred the onions.
  2. Add everything to a bowl with a little oil and a pinch of salt and stir thoroughly. Cook in the fryer and stir several times during the cooking process.
  3. Whisk the eggs in the container you have just used and add salt and a little oil. Add the potato and onion to mix thoroughly with the egg and break some of the potato.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mould suitable for the fryer and greased with oil.
  5. Cook in the fryer until the omelette is cooked fully.
