Step-by-step cooking method Cut the potatoes into sticks and immerse them in cold water for 10 minutes to release the starch. Remove the potatoes from the water and dry them with kitchen roll. Mix the potatoes with a tablespoon of oil. Put the potatoes into the basket of your Fryinn Lite InnovaGoods which has been pre-heated for 3 minutes. Cook the potatoes for 10-15 minutes, turning them half way through cooking to achieve an even result. Open the basket at the end of the cooking time. If you want the potatoes to be more golden, cook them for another 2-3 minutes. To make the Provençal sauce, chop the garlic and parsley and add the salt, pepper, oil and Provençal herbs. Mix the potatoes with the Provençal sauce and serve.
