Ingredients 50 g pure sugar-free chocolate 15 g oat flour or wholemeal flour 1 tablespoon of olive oil 60 ml milk or vegetable drink 10 g erythritol or 5 g liquid sweetener 1 pinch yeast
Step-by-step cooking method Break the chocolate into pieces in a bowl with the oil. Melt in the microwave and stir the mixture. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly. Grease a small mould with oil. Pour the mixture into the mould and cook in the fryer. Decorate with erythritol to serve.
