  • 50 g pure sugar-free chocolate
  • 15 g oat flour or wholemeal flour
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 60 ml milk or vegetable drink
  • 10 g erythritol or 5 g liquid sweetener
  • 1 pinch yeast

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Break the chocolate into pieces in a bowl with the oil. Melt in the microwave and stir the mixture.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  3. Grease a small mould with oil.
  4. Pour the mixture into the mould and cook in the fryer.
  5. Decorate with erythritol to serve.
