  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into sticks of a similar thickness.
  2. Leave the potatoes to soak for 5 minutes in a bowl with cold water to remove the starch.
  3. Drain the potatoes well and dry with kitchen paper. Add the salt and oil, mixing well.
  4. Cook in the fryer and mix so they brown evenly.
  5. Prick with a fork to check they are cooked. Cook for longer if needed.
