  • 500 g broccoli, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons chilli
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • Juice of a lemon and peanuts
  • Salt

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. In a bowl, mix together the broccoli, garlic, peanut oil and salt.
  2. Cook the mixture in the fryer until it is crispy, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
  3. In a microwavable bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, chilli and rice vinegar. Heat for a few seconds in the microwave until the honey melts.
  4. Remove the broccoli from the fryer, place it in a bowl and add the sauce made in the previous step.
  5. Add the lemon juice and garnish with peanuts to serve.
