  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 100 g oats

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Peel and mash the banana with a fork.
  2. Whisk the eggs, add the mashed banana and mix thoroughly.
  3. Add the oats and mix everything until you get a lump-free mixture.
  4. Add the teaspoon of yeast, mix and pour into a mould suitable for the fryer.
  5. Cook in the fryer until the cake is fully cooked.
  6. Leave to cool and remove from the mould to serve.
