Step-by-step cooking method
- Clean the chicken and insert inside the peeled shallots and lemon cut into quarters, half of the aromatic herbs, some garlic and a little salt and pepper.
- Season the chicken, brush with a mix of chopped aromatic herbs and olive oil and insert onto the rotisserie skewer.
- Cook it in your Fryinn Innovagoods® on the «Roast chicken» mode.
- Halfway through cooking, brush the chicken again with the mix of olive oil and aromatic herbs.
- When the cooking time is up, or when the chicken acquires a golden colour, serve accompanied with your preferred side dish.
