Ingredients 2 tablespoons spelt flour 30 g chocolate to decorate 1 yoghurt 2 eggs Cinnamon and sweetener 1 tablespoon oil 1 sachet yeast Flaked almonds
Step-by-step cooking method Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Add the yoghurt, oil and sweetener. Stir and mix thoroughly. Add the flour, cinnamon and yeast to the bowl. Stir thoroughly until you obtain a soft mixture. Grease a mould with a little oil and pour in the mixture. Bake in the fryer. Skewer the cake to check it is fully cooked. Remove the cake from the fryer, remove from the mould to cool fully. Melt the chocolate in the microwave. Decorate the cake with the melted chocolate and almonds to serve.
