  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 80 ml water
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 80 g walnuts
  • 30 g almonds
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Add the coconut oil to a bowl and melt it a little in the microwave. Add the water and honey and stir.
  2. Add the walnuts, almonds and sunflower seeds cut into small pieces. Mix everything together thoroughly.
  3. Also add the rolled oats and mix thoroughly again. Sprinkle in the cinnamon.
  4. Spread the mixture onto baking paper to cook in the fryer.
  5. Stir the granola halfway through cooking.
  6. Leave to cool before serving.
