Ingredients

  • 90 g flour
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 4 g yeast
  • 110 ml cream
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
  • 40 g butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • Vanilla extract
  • Olive oil
  • 25 g flour
  • 14 g butter, melted
  • 15 g white sugar
  • 15 g brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. For the topping, mix the final 6 ingredients in a bowl, mix well and set aside.
  2. In another bowl, thoroughly mix the flour, brown sugar, yeast, bicarbonate of soda, salt and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, thoroughly mix the cream, butter, egg and vanilla.
  4. Place the mixtures from steps 2 and 3 into one bowl and stir well.
  5. In muffin moulds that are suitable for the fryer, spray a little oil and pour the mixture from the previous step inside them.
  6. On top of the muffins, pour the mixture from step 1.
  7. Cook the muffins in the fryer until they are properly cooked.
