  • 1 kg medium squid
  • 150 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons ground garlic
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Olive oil

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Thoroughly clean the squid and cut into thick rings.
  2. Mix the breadcrumbs with the ground garlic and salt.
  3. Dip the squid into the breadcrumbs so they are well coated.
  4. Shake the breaded squid rings in both hollow hands.
  5. Spray the squid with oil and cook in the fryer without the sticking together, shaking halfway through frying.
