  • 2 avocados, sliced
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Sesame seeds
  • 60 g cream cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Water

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Pour the flour onto kitchen paper and whisk the eggs in a bowl.
  2. Mix the breadcrumbs and sesame seeds in a bowl.
  3. Dip the slices of avocados in the flour, egg and breadcrumbs with sesame seeds. Set aside.
  4. Spray the slices of avocado with a little oil and cook in the fryer on both sides until golden.
  5. Heat the cream cheese in the microwave until it melts and add a little water to create a sauce.
  6. Serve the avocado chips with the sauce on top.
