Step-by-step cooking method Pour the flour onto kitchen paper and whisk the eggs in a bowl. Mix the breadcrumbs and sesame seeds in a bowl. Dip the slices of avocados in the flour, egg and breadcrumbs with sesame seeds. Set aside. Spray the slices of avocado with a little oil and cook in the fryer on both sides until golden. Heat the cream cheese in the microwave until it melts and add a little water to create a sauce. Serve the avocado chips with the sauce on top.
