  • 4 tins tuna
  • ¼ onion, chopped
  • 60 g breadcrumbs
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped celery
  • 3 tablespoons chopped tomato
  • 1 teaspoon fine herbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Thoroughly mix the eggs, breadcrumbs, tomato, celery, onion, fine herbs, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add the drained tuna and mix everything together.
  3. Take portions of the mixture to form fish cakes with your hands.
  4. Spray a little oil to cook in the fryer.
  5. Turn the fish cakes over during the cooking time.
