Step-by-step cooking method Thoroughly mix the eggs, breadcrumbs, tomato, celery, onion, fine herbs, salt and pepper in a bowl. Add the drained tuna and mix everything together. Take portions of the mixture to form fish cakes with your hands. Spray a little oil to cook in the fryer. Turn the fish cakes over during the cooking time.
