Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 120 ml soy sauce
  • 50 g sugar
  • Grated ginger
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 60 ml orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Place the ingredients for the sauce into a saucepan: soy sauce, sugar, ginger, garlic and orange juice.
  2. Cook the sauce in the pan until it reduces by half.
  3. Season the salmon with salt and pepper and spray with oil.

  5. Remove the salmon, glaze with the sauce and cook again in the fryer for another 2 minutes.
