  • 2 cooked octopus legs (300-400g)
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • Sweet and hot paprika
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Peel and finely slice the potatoes in a microwavable bowl. Add a little salt and oil and mix to permeate the potatoes fully.
  2. Cook the potatoes in the microwave at high power for 5 minutes.
  3. Wrap the potatoes in aluminium foil and cook in the fryer. Remove them when they are ready.
  4. Spray the octopus with a little oil and cook in the air fryer.
  5. Mix the octopus and potatoes to serve with a little oil and paprika on top.
