Ingredients

  • 500 g of flour
  • 4 eggs at room temperature (or replace each egg for 80 ml of water)

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Place the flour in a bowl, add the eggs (or water) and mix together with a fork until it forms a dough.
  2. Remove the mixture from the bowl and finish kneading the dough with your hands until you obtain a homogeneous and consistent dough.
  3. If it becomes dry, add some water. If it becomes too wet, add flour. The dough should not stick to your fingers.
  4. To finish, place it on a board that has been previously dusted with flour.
  5. If necessary, cut into smaller pieces before inserting it through the rollers.
  6. It is advisable to dry the pasta for between 30 and 60 minutes before cooking.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Before using for the first time, clean the Fresh Pasta Maker InnovaGoods® with a damp cloth. You can use dough to clean the inside of the rollers and cutters; throw this dough away afterwards.
  • Fix the Fresh Pasta Maker InnovaGoods® to the surface using the clamp (1).
  • Attach the removable crank (2) to the hole of the roller you are going to use, insert the dough into the roller and turn the crank. If the dough sticks, sprinkle it with flour as you insert it.
  • Roller (4): it presses the dough into sheets to roll and obtain the desired thickness. Adjust the knob (3) to choose between the available thicknesses. This roller enables you to make lasagne sheets or filled pasta.
  • Roller (5): thick cut pasta; ideal for tagliatelle.
  • Roller (6): thin cut pasta; ideal for spaghetti
  • When you finish, clean the machine with a damp cloth.
