Step-by-step cooking method In a bowl, mix the butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread the previous mixture on top of the rolled out puff pastry dough. Roll the dough without pressing on it so it stays loose. Cut the dough into pieces of approx. 2.5 cm. Cook in the fryer until the rolls are golden. Remove the rolls from the fryer and leave them to cool. For the glazing, mix the white sugar, milk and lemon juice in a bowl. Add a little glaze on top of the rolls to serve.
