Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 70 ml of sunflower oil
  • 125 g of natural yoghurt
  • 200 g of cream cheese
  • A few drops of vanilla extract
  • 250 g of flour
  • 140 g of sugar
  • 10 g of yeast
  • 10 g of bicarbonate
  • A pinch of salt
  • 100 g of fresh blueberries

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. In a bowl, beat 1 egg, and add 70 ml of sunflower oil, 125 g of natural yoghurt, 200 g of cream cheese and a few drops of vanilla extract.
  2. In another bowl, mix 250 g of flour, 140 g of sugar, 10 g of yeast, 10 g of bicarbonate and a pinch of salt.
  3. Mix this with the batter and add 100 g of fresh blueberries.
  4. Bake for approx. 25 minutes at 180°C.
