  • Mushroom, courgette, onion, red pepper, green pepper, carrot and garlic

  • Soy sauce

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Cut the vegetables with the flat blade: mushroom, courgette, onion, red pepper and green pepper.
  2. Grate carrots with the thick grater and garlic with the fine grater.
  3. Sauté all of the vegetables with vegetable oil on a high heat for a few minutes.
  4. Add a dash of soy sauce at the end of the process.
