  • 1 handful fresh spinach
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 beetroots
  • 1 yogurt
  • 1 garlic, chopped
  • Lemon
  • Chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Wash and peel the carrots and beetroots.
  2. Cut the carrots and beetroots into thin strips of equal thickness.
  3. Spread the spinach leaves, beetroot and carrot strips over the racks.
  4. Once spread over the racks, insert them into your Fryinn Innovagoods®. Select the «Dehydrate» mode.
  5. Once the time is up, remove them and leave them to cool.
  6. For the sauce: in a bowl, mix the yoghurt with the garlic, parsley, a few drops of lemon, salt and pepper.
