Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Open the Easy Sushi Set InnovaGoods®, completely unscrew the plunger rod without removing it all the way, and lightly grease the interior.
  2. Wet hands to better handle the rice. Add ½ cup of rice cooked for sushi in each part of the Easy Sushi Set InnovaGoods®. Distribute it evenly over the surface and gently press.
  3. Make a cavity for the ingredients by pressing in the center with the plunger rod.
  4. Place the cut ingredients into strips: bluefin tuna loins.
  5. Carefully combine the two halves and secure them with the pins.
  6. Close the lid by lining up the marks and turn it clockwise to lock it into place. Screw the plunger rod back in and apply pressure to press the rice, ultimately obtaining a perfect cylinder.
  7. Place the nori sheet with the glossy side face-down, unscrew the lid, and drive the plunger rod to take the rice out. Roll it up in the sheet and wet the flap with water so that it sticks.
  8. Set aside in the refrigerator for 15 minutes prior to serving. With a well-sharpened knife, cut into slices of no more than 2 cm. Moisten and dry the knife between each cut for optimal results.
  9. Accompany the makis with soy sauce, wasabi sauce, fresh ginger, etc.
