Step-by-step cooking method Peel the pineapple and cut into slices of approx. 1 cm, removing the hard part from the middle. Place each slice on a piece of aluminium foil of the same size. Mix the sugar with the cinnamon and sprinkle onto each side of the pineapple slices. Insert the slices into the fryer on the aluminium foil base. Cook the slices of pineapple in the fryer and turn them over halfway through cooking process. Leave to cool and rest for a few minutes before serving.
