  • 50 g grated cheese
  • 130 g minced beef
  • 16 pastry shells
  • 80 g natural tomato passata
  • Salt, cumin and olive oil

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Add the salt and cumin to the minced beef and fry in a frying pan with olive oil.
  2. Mix the meat, tomato and grated cheese.
  3. Spread the pastry shells on a flat surface. Fill the shells with the previous mixture.
  4. Close the shells by joining the ends with the help of a fork.
  5. Spray the pasties with olive oil and cook in the fryer.
