  • 4-6 hake loin pieces
  • 400 g of broccoli
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 L of water

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Pour 1 L of water into the grill tray. Place the metal rack and select the “Stew” function, setting it to 13 minutes.
  2. Cover with the glass lid and bring the water to a boil (approximately 5 minutes).
  3. Once boiling, carefully uncover the appliance and place the hake loins and broccoli florets on the rack. Cover it again with the lid.
  4. After the set time has passed, remove the food, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with a little olive oil.
  5. Take it out of the fryer and serve it with some toasted bread slices.
