  • 60 g condensed milk
  • 60 g cheese spread
  • 1 glass of semi-skimmed milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • Liquid caramel

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Pour the liquid caramel into the base of each flan mould.
  2. In a bowl, thoroughly mix and stir the semi-skimmed milk, eggs, cheese spread and condensed milk.
  3. Add the mixture to each flan mould.
  4. Cook the flans in the fryer.
  5. Leave the flans to rest at room temperature.
