Ingredients

  • 750ml of milk, 3 natural yoghurts and 4g of salt
  • Smoked salmon and dill

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. For the cheese, use: 750ml of milk, 3 natural yoghurts and 4g of salt.
  2. When this is completed, mix the cheese in a bowl with some chunks of smoked salmon and a pinch of chopped dill.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • You can make fresh cheese by heating up 750ml of fresh milk, along with 3 natural yoghurts, for 10-12 minutes in the microwave at maximum power (800W). Next, follow the process described below.
  • Stir and leave to rest (without the lid) at room temperature for 30 minutes. After this time you can add salt, sugar or other condiments.
  • When the process is complete, strain the contents in the strainer and press down with a spoon to remove the excess liquid.
  • Place the strainer inside the base of the Fresh Cheese Mould Set InnovaGoods®, close the lid and leave it to cool in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  •  To remove it from the mould, take the strainer and place it upside down on a plate, press gently on all sides and lift it carefully.
