  • 150 g Brussels sprouts
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 2 sliced garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh chives

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Cut the Brussels sprouts into quarters and cut the mushrooms into 1 centimetre thick slices.
  2. Add the sliced garlic, spray the vegetables with oil and season to taste.
  3. Cook in your Fryinn Lite InnovaGoods for 7-11 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. Add a little more oil if they look too dry.
  4. Serve the vegetables in a bowl and sprinkle with chopped chives to add extra flavour.
