  • 300 ml of olive oil
  • 1 garlic, water, salt

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Finely chop the solid ingredients, add the oil and chop again.
  2. If the sauce remains very thick, you can add a few tablespoons of water. Mix well.
  3. Cook the tagliatelle with plenty of water and salt for 2-3 minutes.
