  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 30 ml of maple syrup
  • 80 g of melted butter
  • 30 ml of brandy
  • Juice of ½ an orange
  • 200 g of rice flour
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 5 g of yeast
  • Pinch of salt
  • Butter

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. In a bowl, beat 2 eggs, 200 ml of milk, 30 ml of maple syrup, 80 g of melted butter, 30 ml of brandy and the juice of ½ an orange.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix 200 g of rice flour, 100 g of sugar, 5 g of yeast and a pinch of salt. Add to the batter mixture and beat until smooth.
  3. Grease a frying pan with butter and cook the pancakes on both sides.
