  • 10 g of ground cinnamon

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. In a bowl, beat 2 eggs, 200 ml of coconut milk, 100 g of brown sugar and 20 ml of vegetable oil.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix 400 g of oats, 10 g of yeast, 10 g of ground cinnamon. Mix this with the batter.
  3. Grease a frying pan with butter and cook the pancakes on both sides.
