Ingredients

  • 2 x 200 g hake loins
  • 150 g of green asparagu
  • Half a litre of water
  • Olive oil, salt and pepper

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Pour in the water and use the base to steam cook.
  2. Place the ingredients on top and cook for 8 mins at maximum power. If required, cook for another 30 seconds.
  3. Add a drizzle of oil and season with salt and pepper.

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Steamer: pour half a litre of water into the base and insert the steamer accessory inside the container. Add the foods, place the lid and cook in the microwave. Check if the food is cooked and, if necessary, leave to cook for another minute or so (in 30 second intervals). Remove the container from the microwave taking care not to burn yourself.
