Step-by-step cooking method

  1. Grate cucumber and place it for a few minutes in a colander with salt to remove the water.
  2. Make a sauce with natural yoghurt, olive oil, chopped mint, juice of ½ a lemon, powdered garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Drain the grated cucumber, mix it with the sauce and cool in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
