Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g of melted butter
  • 250 g of buttermilk
  • 250 g of sugar
  • 300 g of cake flour
  • 80 g of pure cocoa powder
  • 10 g of yeast
  • A pinch of salt
  • 150 g of pure chocolate chips

Step-by-step cooking method

  1. In a bowl, beat 2 eggs, and add 100 g of melted butter, 250 g of buttermilk and 250 g of sugar.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix 300 g of cake flour, 80 g of pure cocoa powder, 10 g of yeast and a pinch of salt.
  3. Mix with the batter and add 150 g of pure chocolate chips.
  4. Bake for approx. 20 minutes at 190°C.
