Ingredients 2 medium apples 15 g flour 25 g brown sugar ½ cup rolled oats 2 tablespoons butter 1 teaspoon cinnamon A pinch of salt 2 tablespoons raisins 2 tablespoons dried cranberries 2 tablespoons walnuts
Step-by-step cooking method Wash the apples and cut the top off. Remove some of the inside from each apple. In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients, except for the apples and raisins. Pour the mixture inside the apples, leaving the raisins in the centre of each apple and press down to compact. Cook the apples in the fryer until they soften.
